For awhile,I thought i was afraid Star Trek was a passing away franchise. Then JJ Abrams came along. Good touch. The scene with kid Kirk was a touch too quirky in the movie, though it was amazing in the trailer. Star Trek XI breathed new life into this much loved Roddenberry universe. I’d like to see all of this Enterprise cast returning for more outings. I was raised with the authentic series. Heck, my father got us a color TV just so we could enjoy Star Trek just about every Friday night. At this point, I’m stuck on these new characters. In MHO, they have absolutely breathed life into their characters and made them their own. I, for one, am longing for more.
